Every person associated with Olden Flooring is spectacular! Nancy, Tom & Mike were all so helpful and responsive and the installation of the carpet was beyond perfection! Never had a better experience with a flooring company! Highly recommend! The quality of my flooring is exceptional!
I’ve put off replacing carpet in a few bedrooms because the process feels overwhelming. Olden Carpet changed that! They made the process easy from beginning to end, helping select options, allowing me to take the samples home, picking up the samples when they did the measurement, and a smooth install! They were quick to answer questions and accommodate any requests. The installers moved the furniture for us and left the house clean. Plus the price was about 20% less than the big box store I started with. I will use them again for any flooring needs and recommend them to anyone!
I recently stopped in at olden carpets and met Brian and Nancy who helped me choose carpet that will wear going up my steps and on my landings. They were courteous, not pushy, and the carpet installers were very good and extremely respectful of my house. I rate them highly and I will be using them again!!!
