I cannot say enough good things about Blue Velvet. Rafy the owner is extremely helpful and patient, and an amazing artist. I also cannot say enough good things about Abigail. She was incredibly patient w me and helped me choose the perfect design to make sure i was happy. If youre looking for exquisite fine line and any type of floral design, you should def see her. Highly recommend both!!
