We live in upstate NY and purchased a second home from Wilkinson Homes here in Newark Delaware. We closed last week, and we're just getting ourselves settled in. I can't say enough about the Wilkinson team. From when we chose a site and home style a year ago, to the closing last week, these guys have been great to work with. They have good communication, and always helpful information. The house is well-built, and comfortable. We look forward to many happy years here - nearby our growing family. The Wilkinson team was very kind and supportive throughout my home buying journey. Chrissy Wilkinson, Scott Craig, Brandon Windom and Cindy Gawthrop have been with me every step of the way. It didn’t feel like business, but more like family which I appreciated. They were just as excited about the process as I was. Once I explained my vision for the home they did a 3D model and from that point the vision came to life. When they say they can do whatever you envision it’s true. Absolutely deserving of a 5 star evaluation!!! This Wilkinson Home is BEYOND my expectations! Quality building throughout, as well as, personal service and attention has made this building experience a pleasant experience. As the 4th new home I've built, HANDS DOWN, I saved the best for last!
