Our installation was done in one day (yesterday) with all 14 windows replaced! I was a bit concerned that it would be tough to match the outside trim of the original 100 year old windows, but they came out looking fantastic! The installers, EJ and Dan, arrived bright and early at 7am—they were friendly, professional and worked non-stop (just a brief lunch break of about 20 minutes with my urging). The owner, Andrew, stopped by toward the end of the day to make sure everything was going as planned. This entire process from the initial quote to measurement and install was smooth, stress-free and met every expectation we had. I would highly recommend Zen Windows!!
Love my windows and sliding glass patio door. Easy to open and clean and they look great. Zen employees were all very professional and the owner was responsive in helping address a post-installation concern. Now that we are having record cold temperature I am even more grateful they were able to install everything prior to Christmas. My house is finally warm for the first time in years!
