They have always exceeded my expectations. Easy to work with and always professional both in business and personal jobs. Emily did a job at our house and was polite, professional, neat and very personable to say nothing of the quality of her work. Outstanding! Steve and his team do an outstanding job every time.
The following, to be fair, is going to be about dated events. Ville painters were tasked to do extensive exterior trim painting, with a color change, on a circa 1870 home with myriad layers of existing paint, approximately 3+ years ago. Again to be fair, there are many factors involved including the quality of employees at the time. Possible long story short, it's one of the worst applications of coatings to a historic property I've seen in my 35+ years of home improvement. There was, aside from pressure washing by others, virtually no surface prep done of any kind. And now those 3+years on, the coatings have been failing already. Anyone can spread paint, taking little gift of talent. It is the removal of previous dead layers and proper preparation for new where the effort really is needed. Bottom line, the worst 16k + investment I have ever spent on our home.
