I recently had an oil change service completed here and while the price was a bit steep, the customer service was exceptional, earning it a solid 4 stars. The team members who worked on my car were very kind, friendly, and informative and never once did I feel I was being forced to buy anything extra.FYI - There are a few coupons to help with the cost, but I knew I was going to be paying a little more for the convenience factor and I was OK with that.
