I had an incredible experience at Ulta’s salon! Roxanne did an unbelievable job with my hair —she listened to what I was looking for, reviewed options that would best fit my hair texture, and explained the techniques she used so I could achieve the same look at home. The haircut exceeded my expectations! I couldn't be happier with the results.

I came in with only a few minutes left to shop during my break and found out the product I was looking for was discontinued. I had two amazing sales reps - Destinlee and Seth - help me look through all kinds of brands and colors until I found one that matched my needs, and they were also super quick! Thank you to both of them, will be coming back to this Ulta going forward.
