This was HANDS DOWN the worst massage experience of my life. I can't even say I had the bar set high based on the price of the Group On as well as the condition of the place upon first walking in, but despite that still gave it a chance. First off the women came in for the couples massage 15 minutes late and when they initially walked in didn't at all inquire about what we desired to have worked on and instead just rushed into getting us face down. Secondly there wasn't anything relaxing about it due to the fact that the masseuse kept leaving the room every time the ring of the entrance door opened. This happened 5 different times plus she even took a phone call during the massage. Like GET A RECEPTIONIST! Lastly at no point did the masseuse even have us turn over to work on any other parts of our body. 80% of the hour was on my back and my fiance said the majority of the time her masseuse worked on her was on her a$$. For the icing on the cake as we were leaving they unprofessionally asked us to leave a tip, which we unwillingly left them $10. And after we dropped it on their desk they tried to tell us it's mandatory $10 each which we laughed off as we walked outta there. Needless to say, HARD PASS on ever going here again.
