James is the best Terminix provider i have ever had care for my house and garage . He is and always has been prompt, thoughtful, considerate friendly and thorough. I do trust him with the care of my house and garage.James is very easy to talk with and is truly a key asset to Terminix and a main reason I want to continue with Terminix protecting my home and garage.
We appreciated the heads-up from our technician as to time of arrival. Here on time Jim explained the treatments he was going to make then promptly went to work. Great job! Thank you for the prompt reply to our issue. All is good.
