They have great products that we at Jc auto detailing Inc use daily. I have not spoken to any of the employees personally. As we order all the products through the internet for the past two years, with only one issue . Which was not the company's fault, the shipping company stoner subbed damaged one of the five gals of trim shine with their fork lift. So after 3 weeks of waiting for the original order, I was one five gal short. The shipping company didn't take care of the damaged item. I personally had to make calls with a case number from the shipping company to get another five gal bucket ordered.
