I had a bad experience like some of the reviewers seemed like a decent person in the beginning I went there with my two daughters for service very unprofessional and wants to be paid in cash I had to leave and go to an ATM and get money for services would not recommend to anyone

I started locing my hair in February of 2024. I booked a consult and loc maintenance online. When I showed up about 10 minutes before my appointment time the store was locked but someone let me in. When I said I had an appointment they looked at me like I had two heads and then said they were “glad they stayed” The woman who I later learned was the owner told me she is not a loctician she is just a braider who knows what to do with locs, she then proceeded to call my hair dusty “like I was working construction” because of the product build up and said I started my locs with my hair too long. I went to this salon on April 19th and I was wearing a wig for 11 years. She told me that she was going to use "the system" on my hair and the price was $175.00 plus $30.00 for a cut. All she did was wash my hair, put some white foam, set with a cap for 30 minutes, she blowed dried my hair, used some spritz on my hair alittle. We had several disagreements about what little she was doing to my hair for the price I was paying. She lied twice to me and I proved it to her when I went on Amazon.
