“Charles was highly recommended to me by a close friend. He altered two of my daughter's prom gowns. Both times, the alterations were very complicated, and he did excellent work... very professional and accommodating. Plus, the turnaround time was fast and both jobs were reasonably priced. I wouldn't go anywhere else!”
