My wife and I have been a customer of Rhoads Energy for many years for oil, for equipment maintenance and service, and for the last few years - propane too. She is in their billing department and over the years, I have dealt with her many times. Whenever I have any questions, issues, or need her to explain to me something on the invoice, she has repeatedly gone far above and beyond what you would expect a person to do, always being cheerful, patient, understanding, and most importantly, she will work the issue until it is resolved. Our 30-year-old central air conditioner unit recently died! We called Rhoads Energy (The Cool Crew) because we'd worked with E.G. Smith (their predecessor) for many years and always found the service excellent! We met with Joe, our salesperson, that same day. Joe was outstanding and explained everything to us--answered all of our questions. We signed the contract and had technicians out to our home for the install two days later! Our techs were Bryce and Jeff and they were the consummate professionals. They explained everything along the way and answered any questions we had. They also cleaned up beautifully and, above all, were very friendly! I highly recommend Rhoads Energy and will definitely use them again!
