We hired Russell from RFO Contracting for a project as part of our house remodeling business. The quality of work was good, and everything was completed within the agreed timeframe.
Initially, we had an issue obtaining a W9 form from Russell for our tax filings. After multiple attempts to contact him, we were frustrated by the lack of response. However, he has now provided the W9, which we appreciate.
While there was a delay in communication, we recognize the quality of his work and his ability to complete projects on time. We hope that future interactions will be smoother in terms of responsiveness and professionalism.
Highly recommend - Russ did a fantastic job. He came to give me a free estimate and he prioritized the work I needed to have done in a very clear way. We set up to fix the more immediate issues and he was able to move me up in his queue when he had a cancellation. He knew rain was coming later in the week and was kind enough to give me priority when he had the time. Such a fair price and incredibly helpful with my (new to me) VERY old farmhouse. Will definitely be using him again in the future to finish up the work I need done still!
We had rotting problems with a front porch railing and two walkway railing assemblies. Contacted Russel and he responded within 1 day, provided an estimate, and has now completed the project within 2 days. We are very impressed with his workmanship and prompt response. We have plans to offer him an additional project for our screened in porch area. Great guy !!
