We stopped by ProSource of Lancaster as we are planning a Beach House remodel, and we couldn’t have been more impressed! The showroom is beautiful, with a fantastic selection of flooring and tile that really helped us envision our design. B greeted us right away and was beyond helpful — she’s incredibly knowledgeable about the products and offered great advice that made our choices so much easier. We’ll definitely be back as our project continues and highly recommend ProSource of Lancaster to anyone remodeling or building a home!

After emailing the email address on the website stating I need to replace an entire shower in my bathroom and asking if the showroom is by appointment only, I receive an email back stating no appointment is needed and to come in anytime. I show up, only to be told they dont even carry shower bases, and the walls are not stocked at this store and they had no way of showing me what they even offer. You need to check your website, it shows shower bases (that you say you dont even sell). Very frustrating as I sent an email prior to going to avoid a situation like this!
