I had about 10 windows to cleans including the storm windows. They washed the windows inside and outside, plus 2 doors that had windows. They were handed washed. The screens were dusted. They weren't washed down. They were reasonably priced for the number of windows. I can now look out a clean and clear window.
I had been using PF cleaning for a couple of years and used to be very satisfied. This past year changed and I had some concerns about the quality of my clean. I contacted the owner who was originally kind and offered for me to have a new team clean my home. I agreed but was unfortunately very disappointed with the continuous inconsistencies and overall poor quality of work. (i.e. things being blatantly missed when cleaning, bathrooms not being cleaned, shelves not being dusted) After talking to the staff many times, I realized I would not be satisfied with this business.
