My final visit before moving was friendly and efficient - even when I arrived a bit late, they got me started right away. However, the stylist added curls I didn’t request, and at first there was some blame-shifting instead of simply owning the mistake. They did apologize, restyled my hair, and only charged for the correct service, which I appreciate. The finished look is pretty, but it isn’t the low-maintenance style I booked, which is disappointing given the cost. Overall, quality work and good value, but clearer communication is needed.
I had an appointment to get small knotless braids with Faida and I was out in three hours! Excellent service overall, but also an awesome environment to be in. The braids look amazing and I feel awesome! 100% would recommend!
