Had a great technician, Gabe Nauman, was courteous and professional. Quickly identified the problem and outlined the potential fixes. The repair was done quickly and cleanly. Two years ago we also had neffsville put in a new water heater and softener system, also done by Gabe, and we’ve had no issues with it what so ever. I only wish the previous owners had used these professionals instead of all the diy, cheap fixes, and neglect we’ve had to get redone by Neffsville.
Steve did a wonderful job giving advice on our old water softner and what steps to take on getting a new one installed. He was very personable and went over all our options honestly. Great experience with Steve.
I could not have asked for a better technician. Davide went above and beyond for my plumbing issue. He was well spoken and very helpful. The pricing was perfect. I have absolutely no complaints I would recommend him 10 out of 10, Hands-down.
*Separate visit, Gabe and Andrew went above and beyond when my well quit. We struggled with no water for two days, thanks to them I have an abundant supply of water and friendly service 10 out of 10!
