Quite honestly, ever since the Lititz record Express has gone to a delivery only option, it has been nothing but a nightmare with repeated phone calls to the circulation department that go unaddressed and to a supervisor that sometimes does or doesn't do anything about missing newspapers. I have been a subscriber since moving to Lititz many years ago, but this will be the last year and when the subscription runs out, I am done. I'm tired of having to constantly track down my newspaper and make phone calls about it.

This so called organization is a complete joke.
They don't even deliver to my home anymore.
Don't do any business with these jokesters.
Total failure.

If I could do a review with zero stars would. I worked for 5 nights doing a newspaper route and was only paid 40 bucks! Was told it would've been $60 but he helped me with gas once. I can guarantee you that nobody there works for that wage!! Nobody's taking their car out to do a newspaper route for a little over $10 a night. It doesn't add up. And I don't want to play the black card but for some reason they think that's acceptable when it's not. I don't know why I'm getting a different treatment than anyone else getting paid to be a carrier ??‍♂️. I'll keep looking online until I speak to who I need to.
