I just moved to Lancaster and Lancaster Smiles were super welcoming . I wanted to get my teeth cleaned on a certain day and they told me they did not have availability but will call me if anything changed . Lisa kept her word and called me immediately when there was an opening. So thankful ! The location is welcoming atmosphere and clean . They offer coffee and water while you wait . Even have dairy free creamer which I thought was nice . Danaca did my cleaning . She is super friendly and funny . She made my cleaning a 5 star experience. Will definitely recommend to friends and family ?
First time patient and felt welcomed from setting up the appointment to the knowledge of Dr Funk. Top notch customer service and the care. The take their time and go over all your needs and questions.
Just took my 5yo here after a couple years and mounting frustration at the pediatric dentist. The office is nice and we didn't even get to sit down before they were ready for us! TV and massage chair for the cleaning. Michelle was very patient and not rushed at all. Barely had to wait for the Dr to check (A very welcome difference!). He didn't spend much time so I can't speak to him, but the rest of the office was pleasant and I appreciate the promptness. Their rewards chest for kids had great prizes! My 5yo said "This is the best dentist I've had. Can we always go back to this one?" Only downside I see so far is how far they are... read full review
