Lancaster Family Allergy provides top-notch care to its patients. The staff is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, making patients feel at ease. The doctors, including Dr. Fisher and Dr. Bittner, are skilled and compassionate, helping patients manage their allergies and asthma. They take the time to correctly diagnose and treat issues, greatly improving their patients' quality of life. Patients appreciate the care and concern shown by the doctors and nurses, and the office has made efforts to improve its front desk service. Overall, Lancaster Family Allergy is a reliable and trustworthy choice for allergy care.
I feel like they have a bad reputation because of one or two people. First, I see Dr. Fisher. She and her nurse are absolutely amazing and lovely. Second, the injection staff is just as great. Third, sometimes you’ll get a receptionist that isn’t the friendliest BUT…the amount of people that visit their office is insane. I know…that isn’t an excuse. I too work in customer service and know the importance of friendliness. I was skeptical going into my first visit and was very pleasantly surprised.
Saw Dr. Fisher today! First, they were very speedy and got me into a room right at my appointment time. Provider came in fairly quickly. She listened to me and came up with a plan right away!
I was shocked I was able to get an appointment so quickly. Showed up on time, and ended up waiting an hour past my appointment time, just to be called. No one checked in with me, no one told me the doctor was running so far behind, and the nurse who called me back never acknowledged the wait or stated the doctor was running late. Dr. Fisher did apologize, quickly, when she finally came in to the room well over an hour past my appointment time. I was impressed with her, she had a plan in mind, she listened to me and agreed something was wrong and we would figure it out. And that is where it all went downhill.
