Had a frozen screen problem and was worried my PC may have been infected and or compromised. Called Ron and he was able to check it and return it the next day. Can not say thanks a lot enough, for that kind of prompt service. He advised me on what to do in the future if this happens again. Would recommend LCC for all of your computer needs. Ron at LCC is absolutely phenomenal. He was so quick about getting my computer back in my hands in functioning order, saved all my nearly lost data, and managed to educate me on how to prevent future issues, all while moving his business in the same week. I have an ASUS laptop that was failing to charge owing to a bad power jack. Unfortunately, the solder they use is particularly tough to melt through. It took some time, but the guys at LCC managed to remove it and replace the bad part, thus saving me several thousand dollars for a new laptop. Absolutely recommend.
