Great service; great guy. Prompt, efficient, effective, always up front, provides what is necessary, and never 'oversells'. An an aside, Ron's father-in-law (who minds the store while Ron is out) is very jovial, with a heavy Jersey accent. Also, parking in the new location is much easier.

Ron has gotten me, and my business, out of several serious issues with tech. He always greets me at the door with a smile and a wise joke :), and treats my case like its all that matters in that moment-- even though he has a gazillion other screens staring at him waiting for repairs. I have brought water-damaged motherboards, "the blue screen of death," glitched-out partitions, system cloning, and outdated hardware to Ron.
