Joyce Electric Inc was great! They were very professional and helpful, respectful of our home and space, and very clear about what was necessary regarding safety and price. We would highly recommend Joyce Electric Inc, and will be using them for any future electrical work without a doubt!

Punctual, professional, friendly 99 to show up. 30 minutes of an additional assessment was 200$. No equipment was used. Unable to solve the problem which was understandable but 200$ for 30 minutes of assessment plus an additional 100 to show up seems overpriced.

Called for an estimate and the gentlemen informed me "we don't give estimates for that," even though their website says they do. I explained that other competing companies would provide estimates. He proceeded to reply, "well then there ya go."I asked if I could send him a picture for approximate number of hours to fix which he declined. Can't attest to their work but their customer service was, meh...I'll go with someone more willing to work with potential clients.
