I had somer significant issues scheduling a repair for a blind and it took much longer than I would have hoped to get someone out, which was frustrating. We've had a blind that has had the same issue several times, and I was looking to shadow the repair person and get an understanding of how to do the repair myself in the future. The reason I am giving 5 stars despite the long delay with scheduling is that the technician, Barrett, was incredibly helpful. He left leaving me feeling like I have a great sense of how to resolve this issue if it happens again in the future, and I understand the whole system much more now than I did before.Thanks JWS and Barrett!
Tyler was wonderful in leading me to make the right decision on choosing window shades. I wanted something easy to work with, so he led me to something that was easy to use in my sunroom. He gave me options and answered all my questions. Barrett did a great job installing my shades and answered my questions. I would recommend Jackson's Window Shoppe to my friends and others. Superior with service and identifying a solution. Needed a bedroom blackout shade on a very tall window in the Lancaster Press Building that already had one light filtering shade. Brian and his installers were friendly and professional from start to finish. I don't know why I put this off so long as it has already made a significant difference in the quality of my sleep.
