This was my first time coming to Ivy Nails. I booked an appointment for 2:00pm through the website . When I arrived I was immediately greeted by everyone and was walked through the process. first, I’ll talk about the salon itself. My first impression was wonderful: friendly staff, clean salon with calming music and comfortable chairs.Now talking about my actual appointment. I did not have a preference for who took care of me. I rarely get my nails done because I dislike my hands and feet and it makes me self concious to have someone work on them. But Tom was very professional and friendly and helped me feel at ease 😊 and my hands and feet look and feel great.
I made an appointment with Ivy to take off hard gel nails and just get a basic manicure. She did AMAZING! She explained the whole process to me and made me feel really comfortable and confident in her work. She did not disappoint. She was gentle, asking how my nails looked at every step, and even asked if I wanted a drink.I felt so welcomed in the clean salon space and will definitely be going back!
