I enjoy coming in for haircuts- and I like the stylist I usually see, but have no problem if another person does the cut- the shop keeps my preferences in store so I don't have to explain every time! Personnel are pleasant and cheerful.

I have been coming in for a while. They don't allow you to wait for the person you prefer. This cut I was called by a young lady who was new. Never cut a man's hair before. At one point another employee came over to show her how to cut the way I like my hair. Got scalped ! You need to train new hires. She never cut a man's hair.

Reviews speak VOLUMES about any company! With that being said I truly suggest some continuing education for staff who work with the public and children. My son was upset and is nervous about the hair salon. When we walked he was yelling (he is also 3) and upset. Instead of being welcoming and encouraging to him. A stylist with bright green hair is giving me horrible glare and asked if I needed to be checked in. I responded I wanted to calm my son down and then work on checking them in. She seemed flustered and was ? annoyed by my son. I was already embarrassed and trying to calm him down and help him feel comfortable.
