I really want to leave a negative mark because we found out tonight when we went to trade the car and that we bought from them was an R title. It had been in an accident and was on fire. They fixed the car sold it to my husband for a lot more money than it was worth. Somehow they were able to manipulate the title to not showing anything not even a clear title these are very shady people do not deal with them they will rip you off

Very bad customer service provided by “Nani” from the finance store at Ticket To Ride in Lancaster PA. I would recommend hiring better trained professionals that show courtesy and respect. Would also recommend a course on proper phone etiquette*It’s sad that my experience was tarnished by such a low quality employee. Would never recommend this business to another person.
