When my wife and I walked in to Effect Distributor of Lancaster, PA, walked around a bit and then spoke with Serge Bliznyuk, President and owner, we knew we had come to the right place! Cabinetry, flooring, tiling and accessories were all of excellent quality, and in meeting Serge, we just knew this was the place and person we wanted to deal with, and that we needed to look no further. We agreed on a price, set up a date to begin work on a complete renovation with work to be completed in three weeks, and to our delight, in the process of this difficult work, we met two very fine people, Alex and Serge, who were incredibly good with every process, from tear out to finish....read full review
