Irate this a five stars because the front desk was very friendly she had a beautiful smile on her face and she helped me out very good and my therapist that I was doing the intake with oh my God she is very good and I felt so comfortable with her opening up and I really like it here and I don't feel bad at all the people are doing their job for this reason I give you skies a five stars keep up the good work

Never even step foot in the Lancaster office and all ready get a 1 star for ignoring my call to reschedule it’s out my control when a family member ends up in the hospital so I am suppose drop everything and go to my appt smh yeah I wouldn’t recommend anyone coming to the Lancaster office please save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere

My experience with the entire commonwealth clinical group is extremely frustrating. I would NOT recommend them to anybody. Unfortunately I'm stuck with my daughter on another waiting list for psychiatry. However EVERY single time we have a appointment, there are issues. We had a appointment scheduled for a month. When I called to verify the time for that day, they said they didn't have her in the schedule. When i spoke to the counselor, she said she had to cancel it and hadn't had a chance to call me (occurred 2hrs prior to apt). Was also told by receptionist she had another apt scheduled during what should have been My daughter's apt. My daughter is on several medications,...read full review
