I have witnessed first hand how above and beyond this company goes. They build quality homes and they take the time to create beautiful neighborhoods, not just more "developments". I've spent a lot of time in Walden and Arcona the last 5 years and there simply isn't anyone doing it better than that. Others may try to imitate, but they'll never duplicate.

My husband and I built a Charter home in Sinclair Park. Rick Babusci guided us thru the building process and assisted us in every step of building a beautiful house. Dave Hartman from Charter was at our house almost daily checking the progress and quality of construction during the whole process. I can only say wonderful things about Charter and the quality of our home. HomeCare has addressed a few simple things that needed to be done and they are very prompt in addressing questions and concerns. Thank you Charter and everyone involved in making my house a home. Sinclair Park is a very nice maintenance free home development with wonderful neighbors.
