I wholeheartedly endorse Bright Mountain Bodywork! From making my appointment to the actual massage, the entire experience couldn't have been more pleasant and comfortable! My therapist, Calla, was professional, knowledgeable and intuitive in finding my pain points and making them disappear. She read my body like a book with minimal direction! I am ready to become a regular client!
I had a total knee replacement 4 months ago and am still struggling with pain, stiffness and swelling. Christine listened to my frustrated complaints and then did a one hour massage just dealing with the knee and affected leg. It was intense but the following morning I woke up for the first time with almost no stiffness or pain. I know I will have to continue treatment to work on my situation but it was such a relief to have even a few days of improved feeling and function. I have several more appointments set up but for the first time in a long time I feel hopeful.
My massages with Calla started as an occasional treat and have now become a regular part of my care routine along with biking and the gym. I’m grateful to have such high quality massage services available at Bright Mountain in Lancaster!
