All around a great experience! Wish all companies could operate the way they do. It's like a well oiled machine and most of the other waterproofing companies I interviewed are like the tin man before he met Dorothy. I can honestly say that I made the right choice and I'm glad because you only get one crack at it.
Could not have asked for a better company to waterproof moms basement Josh and basement gurus went above and beyond with their work and communication! All work was completed promptly and correctly AND during a snow storm at that!! Communication was great Every single call text and question was answered without delay definitely recommend basement gurus for any of your waterproofing needs!!
Never mind getting down and dirty at this job! We get to truly help people and it's very rewarding! People ask me why do I love to work hard and I just tell them it makes the day go by faster! Josh is really awesome to work for! He teaches me something new about waterproofing each and every day! Dylan and David are very experienced at what they do and know waterproofing like the back of their hand. Just thankful to be part of such a great team.
