“I recently moved to Pennsylvania from NYC, and this was my first time trusting someone new with my hair after going to the same stylist for over 15 years. I was honestly pretty nervous, but from the moment I called to book my appointment, I felt like I was in good hands.
Olivia, the receptionist, was incredibly kind and welcoming both on the phone and when I arrived for my appointment. She greeted me with a smile and even offered me something to drink. During my appointment, Kelly also came over to check on me and asked if I wanted water or anything else. It’s the little things like that that really make you feel taken care of.
Taro was absolutely wonderful! She was so friendly, easy to talk to, and immediately made me feel comfortable. She really listened to what I wanted, and my highlights turned out beautiful. I couldn’t be happier with the results.
The entire experience was warm, professional, and welcoming from start to finish. Finding a new stylist after 15 years felt overwhelming, but I’m so glad I found this salon. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend Taro and the entire team!!!”
