“I recently moved to Pennsylvania from NYC, and this was my first time trusting someone new with my hair after going to the same stylist for over 15 years. I was honestly pretty nervous, but from the moment I called to book my appointment, I felt like I was in good hands.<br><br>Olivia, the receptionist, was incredibly kind and welcoming both on the phone and when I arrived for my appointment. She greeted me with a smile and even offered me something to drink. During my appointment, Kelly also came over to check on me and asked if I wanted water or anything else. It’s the little things like that that really make you feel taken care of.<br><br>Taro was absolutely wonderful! She was so friendly, easy to talk to, and immediately made me feel comfortable. She really listened to what I wanted, and my highlights turned out beautiful. I couldn’t be happier with the results.<br><br>The entire experience was warm, professional, and welcoming from start to finish. Finding a new stylist after 15 years felt overwhelming, but I’m so glad I found this salon. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend Taro and the entire team!!!”
