Considering we had a delay due to covid, Steve and his crew did a FANTASTIC job. I personally have a lot of experience (having bought, built, and sold numerous properties) in dealing with contractors (and subs) over the years, but I must say Steve made the process as smooth as possible. His communication is what made the project, you can almost say pleasurable. Although there were a couple of issues that were overlooked in quoting, Steve stuck to his original estimate without adding to the cost. His workmanship is fantastic. My comments might seem a bit over-the-top, but in that area, when trying to find contractors who will return your calls promptly, give you great workmanship, and finish the job in a timely manner, its worth it.
