My mom and I had the best experience getting new phones with Rachael! She was so attentive with us, answered all of our questions ,and was overall super personable and kind!! I would highly recommend this location.

Mo was pleasurable to work with on getting my old phone updated to a Google phone. He also got a daughter a hotspot for work. I am extremely satisfied with his service and I will recommend others here to work with mo.

We always used this store and are very happy, however, this visit was beyond exceptional! My phone stopped working on the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend and I had to go to work, which I live 50 minutes from, in three hours. I rushed in with my husband, within minutes, Mo had our account ready to go. When I mentioned that I keep phones for years, and was kind of disappointed that I didn’t like the color, Mo drove to another Verizon store I got me the color I said I liked. I even tried to tell him it was ok, and he insisted. I have to say I am thrilled with the phone and the color. I was able to go home, get ready for work, and I picked it up on the way by.
