“We have worked with James on a house makeover that has taken the better part of a year. We chose James because of his reputation for quality work, and because frankly, James is a great guy. James went well beyond to make us happy. A refrigerator that we had ordered from Lowe’s showed up with a small ding in the door. While we were thinking we may be able to negotiate with Lowe’s to make a price adjustment, James was having no part of it. On his own, he loaded up the damaged refrigerator, returned it to Lowe’s, then drove to Home Depot (a distance away) and bought one that didn’t have a scratch on it.
