“Denis and his crew did a great job. My wife and I have a small deck snd Denis demo our entire old rotten deck including the old joists and beams. They rebuilt the structure and reinforced the new joists. He had him I stall dark brown trex wood and white vinyl/pvc for the rails and such. From start to finish Denis and his crew were great, kind, communicated amazingly and kept us posted with anything that needed to be done. Highly recommend for your future deck.”

“They installed a new heat pump for me as my original heat pump, which they installed 42 years ago, was failing. Since my problem started right when it got cold (November 2024), they speced. out a replacement and got it installed right away. The charge was what was quoted and had it not been a new system/configuration, I would not have known they were there (amazing clean-up when they were done!!). There was a problem with the amount of energy usage initially but they did a great job trouble shooting until they found the problem and resolved it. So as promised, the new technology is so much more efficient. I highly recommend them, they are wonderful to deal with!!”

Then, I would receive an estimate, if they showed at all; sent a salesperson in the case of Master Builders; weren't able to grasp what I wanted or were straight up shady. Al Rivera responds right away, prices are amazingly fair, and they are so honest. They work all day at exactly the hours they say and there is totally no nonsense. They clean up perfectly. They have a triple A rating from BBB. Can't say enough about them. I now go right to them.”
“In September, I had the folks at Pridemark Construction inject their Retrofoam insulation into my 85 year old brick cape. Unfortunately, I was not aware of them when I engaged a cellulose insulation contractor last year which insulated most of the house from the inside. That process was very invasive and dirty and required me to do final patchwork of holes to interior walls and repainting. I engaged Pridemark this year because they were willing to travel to lower NY State which was about a 2 hour drive each way. I needed them to insulate my kitchen and several other walls which also weren't able to be done by the cellulose insulation firm. Let me first say that I was impressed by their knowledge of their product and services, but also by their additional construction and masonry knowledge overall. This was a more difficult job since they had to drill many holes into the existing exterior concrete joint work which was more difficult and time consuming than drilling through wood. However, not one brick was damaged and the final concrete joint work by them was so good, that you cannot really see where they drilled without getting right on top of the wall and looking very closely. I already notice a difference in the warmth of the kitchen now, versus what it was like on cool / cold days in the past. I cannot say enough good things about the Molinas as professionals and their attention to detail. I highly recommend them.”
