Myself and my 4 children have been going to Patti since she opened her salon. Always excellent customer service and always amazing jobs on our hair. Definitely a small business with a big heart.

I came here to get a perm, and I was told I would get 20% off my first visit at the salon I looked at the pamphlet and it said $60, And the owner Patty CHARGED me $60, not only that but I had curly hair prior to going, after leaving the salon my hair is more straight than it has ever been and there is absolutely no curl to it. I contacted her about it and she did nothing about it and told me to wash my hair and get the perm out. $60 is not cheap, the least she could’ve done was give me a refund for the horrible job that was done to my hair, not to mention the damage that was done to my hair by the chemicals. My advice to you is to take your business elsewhere, because this was the most unprofessional place I’ve ever been in my entire life. I will never return to this place again and I hope you don’t either.Service: Perms
