Jess has handled more than one transaction for clients of mine who were in need of a Realtor outside of my service area. What I appreciate most about Jess is her passion for the business, how knowledgeable she is of her market area, and most of all, her transparency. With Jess, you will have the most important characteristic of all....and that is fact-based communication so that your expectations of a transaction are never far from what it ultimately turns out to be. Jess is the most professional, yet down to Earth realtor I have ever worked with. She helped my husband and I purchase 2 homes and sell a home seamlessly, with no issues whatsoever. In fact, the process was so easy that I was in disbelief. Jess takes care of everything and walks you through what you need to do, along with giving you a visual timeline.
