i got my hair cut from my hair being down to my back up to my shoulders first time ever and i wanted to donate it. No joke all staff had lied to me and said no we don't do that the next day they posted up someone getting it done. That day i got that done for the first time was a big thing for me a tad scary to but proud of myself. I was extremely dissapointed seeing as my hair was healthy and something that could of gone to a good cause such as a wig for someone in need chucked in the bin worst experience of my life. I had my hair done today by Jade and I had a fantastic day and very friendly welcoming you will be offered some refreshments too and very professional service. And now i am looking Bam! thanks to Jade and team for the best customer service experience.Will definitely be a regular client. P.s Great with kids- my 6 yrs old girl was welcomed and offered some bickies while she was playing on my phone and waiting I think that was Beautiful Danni her name. Well done Insygnia! All hairstylist team are fantastic excellent service highly recommended.
