I love working for Aveanna. prior to them taking over we had terrible medical benefits and no PTO. They really take care of their employees. I love our office team, they are always willing to help you out and put a smile on your face. Keep up the good work.
As a nurse for Aveanna in the Blue Bell office I am very pleased with every aspect of my job. The Director of Nursing and clinical supervisors and schedulers are very professional and they make an effort to acccomodate me to cases that match up well with my clinical skills. There is positive feedback and clear communication coming from the management team. My patients are the best, and I enjoy working with all of them. I feel valued and I feel like I’m part of a team that cares. It is a positive work environment and the patiet care is rewarding. I’m glad I work for Aveanna BlueBell.
