Wonderful experience. Thomas is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and always takes the time to answer my questions and explain the options and technology. I trust his recommendations and have always been treated with kindness and respect. Whether it’s purchasing new hearing aids or making adjustments, I know I’m in good hands.
Hearing is such an important part of my quality of life, and I’m very grateful to have found Sound & Steady. I started coming here when it was LifeSound in the mall and now in their new office across the street, it’s even more convenient.
The people we met at the Allentown office were very nice, pleasant, and helpful. They were very careful in checking out the needs of the patient/ buyer, and they fitted him very well, with a fine, first rate pair of hearing aids, at a price that was much lower than what another local place was going to charge for the same exact product. We hope these guys stay in business for a long time, because we would like to go back to them if we need other aids in the future.
Highly recommend their earwax cleaning service! Worked with Danny and he gave me some tips the day before to help soften my earwax. He was very descriptive and cautionary in the process so there weren’t any surprises. He’s also very gentle with his hands…which is super important when it comes to working in a tight space. I felt safe and in good care. Now I can hear EVERYTHING! Thank you!
