First off, I want to say that this has no reflection on the woman that did my hair. She was very professional and sweet. She had a great smile and a great personality, and made me feel comfortable.The issue I have is possibly expectation and most definitely cost. I have been highlighting and or highlighting and low lighting my hair veneer 25 years. This was the first time I did just low lights. It was a good choice and I applied the hairdresser.Out of her control is the cost and the way the company does things. I have never paid so much for a partial highlight. Their price is $145. A full head should be closer to that number. They were a lot less low lights put in then...read full review
