I love coming to Drybar! I’ve had Alejandra a few times and I am always happy with the way my blowouts look. I’m always helped at the exact time of my appointment and your service always takes the exact amount of time they state it will. Everyone at this Drybar is also super sweet and makes sure you’re happy with the look you request.
My experience was so good. Beautiful salon with great customer service. Erin did my hair and it came out beautiful. I’m an African American girl with thick 4c hair and Erin really took her time and was gentle with my hair. Amazing experience.
I booked a blowout with a 20 minute scalp massage. The girl washed my hair and did maybe a minute of scalp massage, I thought maybe the time went by fast. I was so excited for the scalp massage and to relax but was pretty bummed at how lousy it was. At the end of the blowout when I checked out the lady asked “you booked a scalp massage? I didn’t do that” I don’t know if it was my fault for not saying something in the beginning? I guess I should have said something when I checked in.
