Extremely hard to reach over the phone. Took 10 calls for someone to answer when I was experiencing an emergency.

I also left a voicemail 4 days ago requesting an appointment... No response.

2 stars because the one time I DID manage to get an appointment they were very good with my cat. But I need a vet who I can actually get in contact with.

Been going here for years. The staff has also been very friendly and attentive to all 3 of my cats. Would recommend to anyone.

Next day appointment and were able to get us in early. Great experience and easy

Omg not Lynia Dixon. This manger can’t seem to keep a job. Based on my experience I would not recommend any practice she’s at.

We have been taking our dogs here for about a year and a half as we live in the town center and it is convenient. The first issue we had was when they fed our dog the spray can cheese during an appointment, and part of the issue he was being seen for was sensitive stomach and GI issues. Unfortunately our dog was throwing up that evening and into the next day. The owner was apologetic and did refund our payment; however, we still felt awful that our dog was sick due to someone’s lack of attention. Additionally, we took our other dog last week (5/4) for a UTI related issue, and was once again fed the cheese. This was a very large issue as this dog has spent numerous nights in the ER due to sensitive stomach issues. She has also visited this specific practice at least twice for follow ups regarding sensitive stomach and novel protein recommendations. It should be very clear that she cannot have proteins aside from the strict diet she is on. Unfortunately, once again we had a sick dog who was throwing up Monday evening through Wednesday. I tried calling the practice on Tuesday first thing and no one answered nor did I receive a call back. I understand mistakes happen, but when the same issue occurs twice, causing significant distress to my dogs it is beyond unacceptable. I would encourage everyone to find a different provider for your pet who truly takes the time to care and help.

First time visiting heart + paw and first time in about 6 years my cat has gone back to the vet (no concerns prior). The entire staff was welcoming, quick, and clear during our visit. They had us in and out without much waiting time and were able to address my concerns quickly! They were super gentle with my very scared cat and they made the visit very easy for both of us!

We love Heart and Paw. Frankie our Frenchie loves the staff. Dr. Bell is amazing. Today’s visit was to help treat an ongoing ear issue. The staff’s always amazing and wonderful. Frankie actually does not mind going there. He’s made friends with the team.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Terrible terrible terrible place NEVER TAKE YOUR PETS HERE AT ALL! Me and my best friend are first time pet parents and Dr.Blazic has THE WORST BEDSIDE MANNER EVER! She used fear mongering techniques when giving the prognosis on our pet. Me and my friend's anxieties were through the roof and tears streaming down our faces the entire time. Dr.Blazic demanded extra testing on our pet and promised early morning results only to be given towards the evening time. She did not give a clear diagnosis and was not hopeful on our pet, but from a trusted opinion from a second doctor , we were able to find a treatment plan for our pet. I repeat never take your pet here she is the worst.

My girls enjoyed seeing Dr Blazic for the first time to get their international travel approvals and documentation in order. The process so far has been quick and easy with the help of Dr Blazic and the Staff. Highly recommend!
