Finding a good funeral home is key to the grieving process as well as ensuring a good departure for the loved one. My partner's mum passed suddenly on the return from our vacation to my mountain home. A shocker to everyone. The way our society has it scheduled, the process of grieving has to be done hand-in-hand with the business transactions that accompany dealing with an undertaker. My partner's family went with this funeral director through a recommendation and it was a great recommendation for sure. After years of promises and excuses from other people you managed to get it done and kept me updated along the way. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate it. It was nice to visit my parents grave without first feeling anger over the stones condition.Updating my review to 4 stars. Riverside is lucky to have you.************It’s going on two and a half years now and my mothers grave still has no date on it.. Just a hole where they tried to engrave it, messed up, cut a chunk out and then glued a date in. A date which fell out within a month.They told me they are redoing the whole stone but as of yet nothing.“
