Anytime I've had an issue the team has always been helpful and able to fix my problem right away. In the print world you can't be without your printer and they understand that and work to get you back online immediately.

We had a long-term problem with our computers communicating with our printer. Our IT provider was frustrated. We got Centric involved and they were like a dog on a bone until the mystery was solved! They never failed to follow up, be respectful of our time and equipment. Nor did they point fingers at IT to pass the blame. They just worked the problem until it was resolved. Highly recommend this kind of customer service!!!!

Our tech worked very cooperatively with our networking folks to be sure our newly installed printing devices were up and running prior to her leaving our site. There were no unexpected issues nor were there any moments that I was not confident in her ability to address our install.

Service and support are always provided in a prompt manner. It has been rare that I run into a situation where a technician from Centric is unable to identify an issue. If there are delays in repairing a machine, it is usually because we have to wait for a part.

The customer service is fantastic; the tech responded sooner than expected to schedule a time. Emily arrived, addressed the issue with the copier, and addressed another issue I hadn't reported yet. The machine functions beautifully, and I can print our quarterly newsletter (400 sets of 6 - 10 pages, double-sided, 11x17 paper) in record time. This machine is a time saver.
