I have been going to Jackie for probably close to a month. We do appointments every other week. She has helped me a lot with tight muscles and even headaches! Very flexible and very professional!
She recently added red light therapy to her arsenal! If you have never done it I WOULD HIGHLY recommend giving red light therapy a try. I had a massage with terrible knots in my back. Jackie got the knots out but I was very tender after. I immediately went into the red light and did a 20 minute session. After the session I was not sore at all for the whole day! Tenderness and soreness was gone!

Had a awesome appointment with Jackie, Didn't realize how tight my muscles were; also had numbness down leg almost completely gone. If having any issues or just want to pamper yourself; I would highly go see Jackie.
